They call it "4456 Nickerson". This is the house that is supposedly has had the worst hauntings ever recorded. Not sure if I really believe it - but all I know is that there is a few ghost or haunting forums on the net that are chatting about it. From what I'm reading from these posts is that the residence of the house are actually holding conversations with spirits. hmmmm...
Anyway, it is normal for ghost hunters to go out and ask so called spirits questions and they answer back into the hunter's digital recorders. However, the owners of the house are speaking to the spirits, asking them questions and they answer back. Supposedly, this is documented on film and there are a few witnesses that are basically skeptics - holding conversations with the friendly ghosts as well.
